Pruning is where the wine season actually begins! Join us to learn about one of the most important practices that determine the quality of a vineyard and the fruit harvested from it.

Learn how and why we prune a vineyard. There will be a brief discussion on pruning principles and then, in an actual vineyard, you will prune the vines! After pruning, we'll enjoy lunch and wine to cap off a fun and educational morning in a truly picturesque setting. Enjoy an engaging and educational morning. Please dress in layers and wear boots (it may be muddy). Bring your favorite pruning shears if you have them. We’ll supply all the rest!
